Yoga reduces stress, improves breathing and enhances concentration. Yoga
practice strengthens, stretches and stabilises the body. It’s not
difficult to do, you don’t have to be fit or flexible to benefit and
enjoy the classes.
I’ve taught yoga since 1999 and practiced yoga for over 30 years. Classes include traditional Hatha yoga for beginners, mixed abilities and intermediate levels. I also offer a range of different classes including Flowing Yoga, Sports Flexibility Yoga, Yoga for Pregnancy and Yoga for the Less Mobile. Qualified British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) Teacher and Personal Yoga Trainer. BWY is the Sports’ Council’s recognised national yoga body in Britain. Fully insured.
